Most classes are included in your membership at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated. Our classes are also open to non-members at a cost of £5 except mobility classes which are £3.50. All classes can be adapted to suit individual fitness level.

StrongmanAll abilities are welcome; we set up different weights for all capabilities and make sure everyone is using correct form. Class members are often paired up and will work in a circuit style: 1 minute of work and 1 minute resting while the partner does their set.

Mums & BabiesNo time to train as a mum with little ones? Bring them with you for 45 minute exercise session designed to help you improve fitness, move well, build strength and endurance. This is a great class to help mums keep their health and fitness on track.

Strong MumsThis class is aimed at mums who do not work or those who have spare time during the day. We understand it can be difficult to train when you have little ones, but with this class we offer the chance to bring them with you! A weights-based session targeting whole body movements such as pushing the prowler, medicine ball slams and rowing. Mums are also more than welcome to attend without the kids in tow!
Post-Natal Core

Post-Natal Core45 minute class for ladies who have recently given birth; focused on gently building the deep core layers back up and strengthening the muscles that have been separated during pregnancy. Exercises target the transverse abdominis, the muscles which support your baby during pregnancy. Babies are welcome at this class.

Stretch & RelaxA great way of recovering from training and giving your body the stretching it deserves. 45 minutes of stretches for the entire body, providing greater flexibility and improved range of movement. This is a great addition to your normal workout split. This class will assist with all goals including improved performance, functional day to day movement and strength work. This is family-friendly so bring the kids along for a stretch too!

Saturday Super Circuit1 hour fast paced class focusing on building strength and muscular endurance. Different exercise stations will be set up and you will work around each station for 1 minute at a time. Exercises may include ladder drills, watt bike, track movements and core strengthening exercises. A great way to kick start your weekend! This is also a family-friendly session so kids are welcome to join in.
